I have had a wonderful time on the rock climbing trip. There were lots of wonderful sceneries during the car ride and also being able to see different animals and creatures running around and the nature climbing on the rocks was very cool. There are many mountains to climb but Seneca rocks are the most amazing rocks I have ever climbed. We didn’t get to go caving because of the weather and the time.
The campgrounds were not like the ones my dad takes me to including the USS Alabama overnight stay because the battle ship I stayed on had a lot of exhibits. There was a room that let you see how to operate a missile launcher. There was also a room similar to what we call a “cafeteria” that was remodeled to look like a better place for attraction. The reason why I chose this is because the campsites I stay at on the expeditions are not as detailed and historical as the USS Alabama.
I have been so grateful for seeing all of the nature that I am not able to see at home in Georgia. Where I live, seeing nature like deer and cool spiders happens very rarely. The last time I saw a deer is when I was separated from the group and I had walked past the site next to mine and into the woods. I just happened to walk in the perfect spot. At the corner of my eye, there was a buck that had to be about 250 pounds being chased by a chuwawa.
